New York, NY – After defeating the sixth-seeded John Jay College on Tuesday, the Hunter College women’s volleyball team has advanced to the semifinal round of the 2009 CUNY Athletic Conference Championship Tournament where they will face the second-seeded City College of New York on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at Nat Holman Gymnasium on the campus of CCNY.

Hunter Athletics encourages all fans to wear purple to show your support for the Hawks and will also be giving away Hunter T-Shirts to the first 50 Hawk fans in attendance.
