West Point, NY- The men’s outdoor track and field team continued their season on Saturday at the Dick Shea Open at Shea Stadium on the campus of United States Military Academy at West Point.

West Point, NY- The men’s outdoor track and field team continued their season on Saturday at the Dick Shea Open at Shea Stadium on the campus of United States Military Academy at West Point.Leading the Hawks was sophomore Nikoloz Rekhviashvili (Forest Hills, NY/Forest Hills) who finished in 10th in the 110 meters high hurdles in a time of 18.41 seconds and 17th in the 400 meters hurdles in a time of 1:03.09. In the 800 meter run freshmen Jose Miranda (Staten Island, NY/Xavier) finished with a season best time of 2:12.68. In the 400 meter run freshman Lorenzo Daley (Ocho Rios, Jamaica/George Washington Carver High School For The Sciences) finished in 15th place with a time of 56.01 seconds with sophomore Legenry Sosa (Bronx, NY/Monroe Academy) following close behind in 19th place with a time of 1:00.62. Running in the 1500 meter run was junior James McArdle (Williston Park, NY/Herricks) who finished with a time of 4:37.38.

The Hawks will next be in action on Saturday when they will travel down to Lawrenceville, NJ to compete in the Rider Invitational on the campus of Rider University.
