Carol Bozek was one of the top women’s basketball players to ever take the floor for the Hawks. Playing from 1959-63, she averaged 21 points and 12 assists per game as the team went unbeaten in her senior year and suffered only four losses during her tenure. Outside of the gymnasium, Carol was a four-year member of the softball team as a catcher, centerfielder, pitcher and short stop.
