Four year competitor for the field hockey and women’s basketball teams, she was captain of the undefeated basketball team in her senior year and was the team’s leading scorer for all four years. Mullin played for the NY Knickerettes for ten years after graduation. As a coach for more than 30 years she won numerous awards and championships, among the most notable were the New York State Coach of the Year award and a 52 dual meet win streak in track and field at North Babylon High School.
