A legendary women’s basketball coach for two decades (1940-50’s), Boyce saw her teams compile an amazing 112-win and 7-loss record with seven undefeated seasons. Her teams were outstanding, possibly the best in the country, as reported in several newspaper accounts. Her coaching was clearly responsible for developing a core of exceptional student-athletes who have gone on to coach basketball throughout the metropolitan area.
