Hunter College Athletics

As a sprinter, Iris ranks unparalleled in the annals of Hunter College indoor track and field. A two-time All-American and six-time NCAA qualifier, she set 12 individual Hunter records in indoor and outdoor track, several of which still stand today. She was also part of six record breaking school relay teams. As a freshman, she earned All-American status as a member of Hunter’s school record 4x400m outdoor relay team, and as a junior, she was awarded All-American honors in the 400m.
