Middletown, CT – The Hunter women's indoor track & field team competed at the CTC Championships on Saturday, led by freshman standout
Lizzy Mahoney who finished eighth out of 23 competitors in the 3000 meter run with a time of 11:19.34 at the Bacon Field House on the campus of Wesleyan University.
Junior
Jennifer Arozamena also competed in the 3000 meter run, finishing 18th with a time of 12:02.07. Freshman
Jacklyn Henderson finished the 800 meter run in 2:48.27 for 20th place, while sophomore
Michelle Munevar placed 25th with a time of 3:09.78. In her only event of the day, freshman
Nancy Olisma placed 21st in the shot put, with a maximum toss of 7.92 meters.
Competing in their only relay event, the Hawk team of Arozamena, Olisma, Munevar and sophomore
Mehida Alexandre finished the 4x200 in 2:10.00 for 14th place.
