All students, faculty, and staff interested in participating in recreational programs at Hunter College must obtain access to an electronic Physical Activity Card (PAC) from the One card office.
To get your PAC, go to https://ww3.hunter.cuny.edu/icit/view.php?id=8894 , and sign and submit the Assumption Of Risk And Waiver Of Liability form. This form will remain on file in the office and you will be issued PAC access.
Students from I.E.L.I., College NOW, Hunter High Schools, Senior Auditors, or enrolled in other summer or temporary programs are not eligible for PACs. CUNY students that are not part of the Hunter College community are not eligible for PACs. Any questions regarding eligibility can be directed to the One card office at 212.650.3191.  If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or Guardian fill out an additional form on the link and SCAN it back to onecard@hunter.cuny.edu
