Klingsberg had another big week by averaging 25.7 points, while shooting 47.7% from the floor, and 94% from the free throw line in three games for the Hawks. In a 85-71 victory over FDU-Florham (December 7) he scored a career-high 39 points, hitting 10 of his 17 shots from the field and 16 of his 17 free throws. Two nights later, he returned with 24 points to help the Hawks to a fourth consecutive win coming against Vassar College (December 9). Klingsberg was also named CUNYAC Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week. Currently, the Hawks stand at 5-4 on the year and are 2-0 in CUNYAC play. They return to action following a short break for final exams on December 30, when the 5-2 New York University Violets come to the Sportsplex for a 5:00 p.m. non-conference game.
