Media Interview & Photography Guidelines
To maintain an organized and professional media environment, all interviews with student-athletes and coaches must be arranged through the Sports Information Office.
- Interviews: Both internal and external interview requests must be coordinated with the Sports Information Department. Requests should be submitted via email at least 48 hours in advance, and must be approved and attended by the Sports Information office. A list of questions must be provided beforehand, and an administrator will be present during the interview. Scheduling will be based on mutual availability.
- Post-Game Interviews: Media must request post-game interviews in advance. The Sports Information Director must be present, and interviews will begin 10 minutes after the game concludes to allow coaches and student-athletes time to regroup.
- Filming & Photography: All visitors capturing game footage or photos must remain in the bleachers. Those requiring floor access must request a press pass from the Sports Information Department before game day. Floor access is limited for safety reasons, and unauthorized individuals will not be permitted.
