Simkin went 3-0 at the Metro/New England Challenge (January 30). Wrestling against Williams he was able to gain a pin in 1:39 at 165 pounds. He then wrestled at 157 against Rogers Williams and earned a 6-4 decision. In his third match against WPI he was able to pick up a 13-5 win at 165 pounds. The Hawks will now host a tri-match vs. Yeshiva University and Centenary College on February 3 beginning at 5:00 p.m. before hosting another tri match vs. Elizabethtown and York(PA) on February 6 starting at 1:00 p.m.
