Alves batted .588 in six games this week for the Hawks. She had four multi-hit games including a three hit game in the second game of a double header vs. CSI (April 24) For the week she had 10 hits in 17 at bats, scored five runs, had four RBIs, and two stolen bases. In the field she had 11 putouts including a six putout performance in the first game of a doubleheader vs. CSI (April 24). She currently leads the team with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage and has 48 putouts and 1 assist. The Hawks stand at 14-14 overall and 8-4 in CUNYAC play and will finish up the conference play with two home games vs. York College on April 28 starting at 3:00 p.m. at Randall's Island Field #11 before hitting the road for a non conference doubleheader at Merchant Marine in King’s Point N.Y. starting at 3:30 p.m. on April 29.
