Hunter College Athletics

Lefebvre joined the Hunter athletic coaching staff in the summer of 2020.

She brings to Hunter a wealth of swimming knowledge, both as a coach and as swimmer. Most recently, she has worked at Imagine Swimming, a swim school in Manhattan that teaches everyone from children to adults the fundamentals of swimming. There, she developed in-pool and dryland workouts, while also providing information on stroke and endurance techniques.

Prior to that, the Montreal, Que. native swam for Division I powerhouse Georgia Tech where she was a team captain her senior season. While competing for the Yellow Jackets, Lefebvre posted top-10 times in the 100 and 200-yd butterfly as well as the 400-yd IM. When the swim season ended, she also assisted in coaching the Gold Medal Jacket Swim Camps in Atlanta, Ga.

Lefebvre earned a BS in Biology at Georgia Tech before acquiring her Master's in Public Health at the University of Georgia.
