Located in the West Building, on the corner of 68th Street and Lexington Avenue, the Hunter Sportsplex has housed Hunter College Athletics since 1982. In November of 2012, the Sportplex got a new look, complete with a brand new floor and renovated bleacher sections on both the ends of the court.
The Main Gymnasium, is located on the B3 Level of the Hunter Sportsplex, and is the home floor for Hunter’s men’s/women’s basketball, men’s/women’s volleyball and wrestling programs.
The gymnasium has also become the home of the PSAL boys & girls basketball and volleyball championships.
The Auxiliary Gymnasium, often referred to as the B4 Gymnasium, is located on the B4 level of the Hunter Sportsplex. It features a multi-purpose surface that is capable of housing basketball, tennis and volleyball competitions and is also used as a practice facility for various Hunter Athletic Programs for Hunter Recreation & Intramural Activities,
