Box Score

Purchase, NY – Junior forward Frantz Millien (Rockland, NY/North Rockland) led the Hawks in scoring with 16 points and added five rebounds, but the Hawks valiant effort would not be enough to overcome Manhattanville College who take a 103-81 victory in non-conference men's basketball action Tuesday evening at Kennedy Gymnasium in Purchase, NY.

After a quiet first two games, senior forward Gerard Ciarleglio (Bradenton, FL/Cardinal Mooney) broke out for a season best 15 points with 4-of-7 shooting from downtown. Freshman guard Malcolm Kelly (Jamaica, NY/Christ the King) also had a solid performance for the Hawks with 14 points and junior forward Joseph DeLuca (Maspeth, NY/Christ the King) rounded things out for Hunter with 12 points.

The Valiants were led by senior guard Cody Moffet (Brooklyn, NY) who recorded a game high 25 points, while fellow senior guards Donte Chisolm (Mount Vernon, NY) scored 18 points and Brian Fink (Queens, NY) finished with 17 points.

Hunter (1-2) will return to action following the Thanksgiving Day break when they travel to Wilkes-Barre, PA on Saturday, November 24 to face the Colonials of Wilkes University (1-0) at 3:00 p.m.
