Junior 165 pounder Billy Calvecca (Levittown, NY/MacArthur) and senior Brian Scher (Levittowm NY/Macarthur) each earned victories with Calvecca pinning Oneonta's Dave Ballard (Aldercreek, NY/Adirondack) in overtime (7:38) and Scher took a 9-0 major decision over Michael Diorio (Homer, NY/Homer) at 197 pounds.

The Hawks return to action on Monday, January 7 when they travel back down to Wilkes-Barre, PA to face Kings College and Kutztown University for dual match action starting at 3:00 p.m. at the William S. Scandlon Physical Education Center on the camps of Kings College.
