Patchogue, NY – Senior outside hitter Olga Petrenko (Bronx, NY/Environmental Studies) finished with 24 kills and 15 digs, while sophomore outside hitter Stephanie Broome (Lynbrook, NY/Lynbrook) tallied 18 kills and 20 digs to help lift the Hawks over the Golden Eagles of St. Joseph's College 3-2 (27-25, 25-15, 23-25, 24-26, 15-8) in a non-conference women's volleyball match Thursday evening in Patchogue, NY.

Sophomore libero Rachel SantaOlalla (Ventura, CA/Ventura) led the Hawks with 30 digs and senior setter Melissa Hernandez (Ridgewood, NY/Aviation) recorded a match high 47 assists while also adding 15 digs.

Hunter, now 18-5 on the year, returns home on Tuesday, October 28 for the final conference match of the season against N.Y. City Tech at 6:00 p.m.
