Hawks Fall To Baruch On The Road

New York, NY – Senior forward Frantz Millien (Rockland, NY/North Rockland) scored 20 points as the only Hawk to finish in double figures in a game where Hunter came out flat from the opening and tip and just weren't able to recover, giving up an 89-67 loss to the Bearcats of Baruch College Wednesday evening at the ARC in New York, NY.

Senior forward Joseph DeLuca (Maspeth, NY/Christ the King) scored nine points on 4-of-6 shooting in 25 minutes, while senior guard Emiljano Kinaj (Bronx, NY/John F. Kennedy) had nine points and eight assists for the Hawks.

The Bearcats were led by sophomore guard Lionel Hilaire (Far Rockaway, NY/Archbishop Molloy) who finished with a game high 22 points, shooting a perfect 11-for-11 from the charity stripe. Sophomore guard Tammer Farid (Woodside, NY/Stuyvesant) added 14 points on 3-of-4 shooting from the downtown.

The Hawks return to action on Friday, where they will attempt to break their current four game skid with a conference doubleheader against Lehman College at 7:00 p.m.
