Brooklyn, NY – Freshman guard
Izzy Hoffman (Woodside, NY/Archbishop Molloy) scored a career high 16 points, but it would come with the price of defeat as the Hawks trailed the whole game and drop an 88-73 decision to Brooklyn College in a CUNY Athletic Conference men's basketball game Saturday afternoon.

Rocco Rubino (Brooklyn, NY/Archbishop Molloy) each scoring 16 points. Freshman guard
Eric Klingsberg (Queens, NY/Holy Cross) added 13 points, while sophomore guard
Mark Courtien (Pelham, NY/Pelham Memorial) contributed with 12 points and a team high nine rebounds.
The Bulldogs were led by Richard Jean-Baptiste who scored a game high 24 points, followed by Darnell Cudjoe with 18 points and a game high ten rebounds.
Hunter now falls to 7-9 on the year and are 3-2 in the conference, while Brooklyn improved to 9-5 overall and are 5-1 in the CUNYAC. The Hawks will now return home on Wednesday when they are schedule to face York College who is currently undefeated in conference play.
