GLASSBORO, NJ - The Hunter college women's volleyball team defeated Albright College in three sets to earn their first victory of the 2011 season.

Paulina Jobczyk led the Hawks with 13 kills and 16 digs, while Mallory Grubler added seven kills on .333 hitting. Alisa Jaganjac recorded 17 digs, and Kim Hirten added 16 in the defensive effort.

Hunter outlasted Albright 25-23 in the first set, 25-22 in the second, and 25-19 in the third. It was the Lions second straight loss as they still look for their first victory of the season.

Hunter (1-2) will face host Rowan University in the second match of the Rowan Tri-Match.
