The Hunter College women's volleyball were defeated yesterday by NYU in four sets (22-25, 27-25, 6-25, 25,14). With the loss, the Hawks drop to 6-4 while NYU improves to 4-3.

Hunter was lead by sophomores Lucia Stosic and Paulina Jobczyk, who each tallied seven kills, while Stephanie Taibe had 6.  Senior captain Karolina Krauza had 7 digs and senior Mia De Claro had 21 assists for the day.

The Hawks are back on the court Monday, September 17th when they travel to Newark, NJ to take on the Scarlet Raiders of Rutgers-Newark College.
