Bronx, NY - The women's volleyball team defeated the Lightning of Lehman College 3-0 (25-10, 25-21, 25-19). With the win, the Hawks improve to 15-11, 7-1 CUNYAC while the Lightning of Lehman drop to 20-7, 6-2 CUNYAC.

The Hawks were led by Karolina Gajda, who recorded 11 kills and four digs. Taylor Kordich added six kills, nine assists, three aces, five digs and one block. Brianna O'Hagan chipped in with six kills and nine digs.

Setter Kristina Ciurcina tallied 17 assists.

The Hawks are back in action this weekend when they tavel up to Oneonta, to compete in the Oneonta Invitational.
