New York, N.Y. - The Hunter College Hawks lost to the Rutgers-Newark Scarlett Raiders 78-60
on Wednesday night at the Hunter College Sportsplex. With the loss, the Hawks fall to 1-2.
The Hawks had four players score in double figures, led by senior guard
Kristin Sells who scored 13 points and
Ayanna Hudson scored 11 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Krissi Thomopoulos and
Kristen Markoe each had 10 points.
The Scarlett Raiders (2-1) were led by ShaQuanna Marshall who scored a game-high 31 points; she also dished out nine assists.
The Hawks return to action
Friday November 22nd when they play Rivier College in the 2013 Bridgewater State Tournament.
