Hawks Close Out Regular Season at Oneonta Invite

Oneonta, N.Y. - The women's volleyball team finished their regular season play this past weekened at the Dig Pink Oneonta Invitational. The women went 2-2, defeating Bard College 3-0, and Montclair State 3-1. With the wins, the Hawks record improves to 17-13.

Against Bard, the Hawks were led by Taylor Kordich with six kills, 11 assists, four aces and seven digs. Brianna O'Hagan was right behind her with six kills, three aces, and six digs while Karolina Gajda chipped in with five kills. Setter Kristine Ciurcina tallied 14 assists in the Hawks victory.

The Hawks ousted Montclair in four sets, and were led once again by Kordich, who notched 13 kills, 17 assists, 10 digs and three blocks. Lucia Stosic had 10 kills and five digs while O'Hagan added six kills and 11 digs. Ciurcina tallied 23 assists while Christine Chen had 11 digs.

The Hawks are back in action on November 5th, when they host the CUNYAC Quarter-finals.
