BOX SCORE NEW YORK, NY – The Hunter men's basketball team lost 81-59 to New York University in a non-conference matchup on Monday night. The loss drops the Hawks to 6-8 on the season.

Jerrell Antley scored the next eight points to give the Hawks a 23-21 lead with just over five minutes until halftime.
In the second half, the Violets caught on fire, shooting, 18-of-27 from the field including going 6-of-10 from three-point land.
Antley led all scorers with 19 points and
Brian Kruger chipped in with 16 points.
The Hawks return to action Wednesday night when they will take on Brooklyn College. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:15pm.
