HOBOKEN, NJ - The Hunter women's fencing team participated in the EWFC Dual Meet on Sunday afternoon with the team going 3-4 in their seven duals on the day. 

The Hawks opened up with a 21-6 victory over Yeshiva University and then followed that up with a 19-8 victory over Drew University. 

In the next four matches, the Hawks lost to national powers, Johns Hopkins, Stevens Tech and then lost to Haverford and Vassar both by a 15-12 score. 

In their final match, the Hawks defeated CCNY 18-9.

At the conclusion of the meet, the EWFC awarded their 2014-15 All-Star teams, with Barbara Syska earning 2nd Team honors. 

The Hawks were also named EWFC 2014-15 ROI Green Memorial Team Spirt Award winners.
