Flushing, NY - Hunter College women's tennis fell in a conference match on Saturday to John Jay College, 9-0 at the USTA National Tennis Center.
With the loss the Hawks drop to 1-9 overall and 1-5 in the City University of New York Athletic Conference standings.
The Hawks went into singles play down 3-0 and then dropped all six singles matches.
Donise Rose had a competitive match, sending it into a third set at No. 5 singles, before falling 11-9.
The Hawks wrap up the regular season on Wednesday, October 18 when they host St. Joseph's College - Brooklyn at 6 p.m.
