BOX SCORE Bronx, N.Y. - Hunter College men's basketball fell in its last regular season game of the 2017-18 campaign on Tuesday night, dropping the game to first-place Lehman College 66-52.
The Purple and Gold will finish tied for fourth-place in the CUNYAC with a conference record of 8-8.
The Hawks kept the score close for most of the first half before starting to fall behind with four minutes left on the clock when the Lightning went on a 24-3 run to lead at the half, 37-22.
Hunter did not have enough time to catch up in the second half, never getting closer than 14 points to eventually fall, 66-52.
Matt Franks and
Amer Lukac led the team with 14 and 13 points, respectively, each recording five field goals. The Hawks tallied a 36.5 field goal percentage in the loss.
