Bronx, NY- With a 3-0 win over Lehman College last night the Hunter College Hawks took home the top seed in the upcoming CUNYAC post season tournament, and completed an undefeated CUNYAC season at 7-0.

Junior Outside Hitter Erin Dugan carried the Hawks to an impressive 25-3, 25-12, 25-12 win at Lehman College on Tuesday night.  The junior was all over the floor leading the Hawks offensively and defensively.  Dugan had a team high 9 kills on 21 swings hitting 240 on the night, while also picking up a team high 9 digs and 7 aces from the back line.  Setting up the offense was fellow Junior Kiara Abreu who had 23 assists on Hunter's 29 team kills.

Mariapaz Lojano chipped in with 7 kills hitting a team high 455, while Freshman OH Dibjot Kau had 4 kills on 7 swings.    As a team Hunter had 36 digs, 13 aces, and 29 killls.  The Hawks will play three more non conference matches before hosting the CUNYAC Semi-finals at the Sportsplex on Thursday 11/3 at 6pm.  Hunter get's back on the court when they travel to Ramapo on Thursday 10/27 for a 7pm match.
