Eddie Lau, a 1998 graduate of Buffalo State, enters his first season as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach here at Hunter College under the guidance of Shay Berry.
Previous to Hunter, Lau spent a year as a graduate assistant coach at McNeese State University under head coach Ron Everheart. Lau also played professional basketball in the Taiwanese League for a year.
Under the direction of Gary Charles, he spent many years coaching with the NY Panthers, an amateur athletic basketball league. He then went on to work for Fegan and Associates as a Client Coordinator which entailed planning, coordinating, and managing NBA players for ten years. Lau then formed his own company, All Access Sports and Entertainment while becoming an NBA certified agent.
Lau currently resides in New York.
