Honors and Awards: CUNYAC All-Star (2019).

2019: Competed in five meets in the distance events...opened the season with a 4:47.82 and 17:50 in the 1500 and 5k respectively for seventh and third place...peaked at the right time and earned three top-five finishes at the CUNYAC Championship;took fifth place in the 5k, fourth in the 3k steeple with a personal best of 11:23 and won the 10k in a personal best of 35:36 which was the second best conference time of the season...earned CUNYAC All-Star honors.

2018: Competed in five meets for the Purple and Gold in the distance events...posted a time of 35:53 over 10,000m for a personal best at the Ramapo Invite..at the Vassar Invite, stopped the clock at 11:34 for a personal best in the 3k steeple...at CUNYAC's, placed third in the 5k in a personal best time of 17:04, third in the 10k and fifth in the steeple.

2017: Competed in four meets for the Hawks...lowered his 5k personal best 25 seconds from the start of the season after clocking in at 17:12 at the conference meet for third place...also posted personal bests of 4:32.89 over 1500m and 36:55 for the 10k.
