Mike Heyward is entering his first season as assistant coach with the Hunter College Hawks.
Heyward comes from Holderness School, a co-educational boarding school in Plymouth, NH, where he spent two seasons leading the Girls’ Varsity Basketball program. Prior to Holderness, Heyward spent three seasons at Skidmore College as an assistant basketball coach. He coached the Thoroughbreds guard players and coordinated the film exchange process. He was also heavily involved in recruiting, player evaluation, opponent scouting, practice planning, and game-plan preparation.
Heyward and his wife, Olga, now reside in New York, NY.   Â
