Eric Bintner, a 2005 graduate of Missouri State University, enters into his third season as an assistant coach for the women’s swimming and diving team, alongside his older brother, head coach Scott Bintner.
Bintner brings with him invaluable experience and an impressive resume from his collegiate swimming career. A four-year standout for the Bears swimming program, Bintner raised the bar, setting three school records in the 1650, 1000, and 500 meter freestyle events. The 2003 Missouri Valley Conference Swimmer of the Year, he was also a three-time All-Conference swimmer, holds two conference records and was named to the conference’s All-Centennial Team.
Bintner graduated with a bachelor of fine arts and obtained a masters degree in 2D design in 2007 from the Cranbrook Academy of Art. He currently resides in Manhattan, NY.
