High School: wrestled all four years...played football and baseball in junior and senior years...earned four varisity letters in wrestling...had a 117-16 high school record...47-3 record for senior year...Section XII Champion...finished fourth in New York State tournament.

Personal: Majoring in biology...son of Ray and Fran Gerondel...two siblings, Raymond and Matthew...favorite movie is "Never Back Down"...favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and Wes Welker...likes ice cream...favorite quote: "Do not feel weakness in your time of greatness."
