Grubler recorded a match high 11 kills, hitting .579 to help the Hawks to a 3-0 (25-10, 25-10, 25-9) victory over Medgar Evers College (October 12). She also led the Hawks with seven kills in a loss to CCNY earlier in the day during the CUNY Athletic Conference Multi-Match. She finished the week with a team high .364 hitting percentage against Vassar (October 15). For the week she totaled 23 kills, 6 digs, and 24.5 points for the Hawks. The Hawks stand at 14-11 and 6-1 in CUNYAC play as they head into the final two conference matches before the conference tournament starts.
