Robert Keller (East Lyme, CT/East Lyme) scored the game-winning goal in the 36th minute, catching the Hunter keeper off guard for an empty net goal to give New York University a 1-0 lead and eventual 2-0 win over Hunter College in a non-conference men's soccer match Tuesday night at the Metropolitan Oval in Maspeth, NY.

Marek Ubanski (Burlingame, CA/Mills) picked up his fourth win in net for the Violets, stopping three shots in his fifth career shutout.
The Hawks return to the pitch on Monday, October 20 for their final non-conference match of the season against Montclair State who is currently ranked fourth in the nation. Monday's match is set for a 7pm start the Icahn Stadium on Randalls Island.
