#10 NYU Drops Soccer

Men's soccer blanked by NYU

NEW YORK, NY- On Monday, September 24th the Hunter College men's soccer team played host to the Violets of NYU.  The Violets overpowered the Hawks, dominating the field winning 5-0.  With the loss, Hunter drops to 1-7-1 while #10 ranked NYU improves 7-0.

NYU took control of the field early on, having the first goal scored at minute 28 by Kyle Green.  Green would go on to have 6 shots total, with 3 on goal and 2 goals giving his team the edge early on.  

Senior keeper Zade Haobsh finised the day with 4 saves.

The Hawks are back in action on Wednesday, September 26th when they play host to the Bulldogs of Brooklyn College.  The game is set for a 5:00 p.m. start.
