BRONX, NY- On Saturday, September 22nd the Hunter College men's soccer team travelled to Lehman College to take on the Lightning in a CUNY match-up. The Hawks defeated Lehman 1-0, giving Hunter their first win of the season. With the win, Hunter improves to 1-6-1 while the Lightening drops to 1-7-1.
After a scoreless first half, the Hawks started out stronger in the second. Two back-to-back corner kicks allowed the Hawks to score on the second. Ziegeler sent the ball into the box after where senior

The Hawks are back in action on Monday, September 24th when they play host to NYU. The game is set for a 5 p.m. start.
