The Hawks scored two more runs off York errors to end the inning with a score of 6-1.

The Cardinals tacked on an additional run in bottom of the sixth inning to make it 6-2. In the final inning, Monaco lead off with a single followed by a stolen base. Vezza would follow with a single of her own, continuing her stellar day in the batter's box. She scored off of an RBI double from Zurek to go up 7-2. Later on, Micheli would extend the Hawks lead to 8-2, when she scored from third base after a York error.
