New York, N.Y. - Hunter College men's soccer ended its game against Baruch College with a tied score of 0-0 at Randall's Island on Wednesday.
With the draw the Hawks are now 2-2-2 in CUNYAC play, while the Bearcats dropped to 4-0-1.
Neither team found luck offensively in the first half as Baruch was the only team to record a shot. Action picked up in the second half as
Blaise Enama posted four of Hunter' five shots, but was unable to convert for a goal.
The Bearcats managed eight shots in the first and second overtime, with Hunter holding them off to get the tie.
Noah Dougherty totaled six saves for the Hawks in the final 20 minutes of the game.
Enama ended with four shots, while Jesus Patino Muniz and
Jean Palacios each tallied one for the Hawks. Dougherty ended with eight saves in the game.
The team returns to action on October 13 when they travel to CCNY for a 1:45 p.m. game.
