New York, N.Y. - Hunter College women's volleyball hosted conference opponents CCNY and York College on Monday, defeating both teams in three sets each to remain undefeated in CUNYAC play.
The Hawks improved to 15-5 this season and 7-0 in the league.

The team started the day with a sweep over the Beavers with scores of 25-10, 25-10 and 25-9, hitting a mark of .329 in the victory, while holding CCNY to a negative hitting percentage.
Taylor Haiduk led the offense with eight kills and no errors for a team-high .615 hitting percentage.
Miranda Hogan posted 14 assists, as
Haley Trunkett led the Hunter defense with 11 digs.

The Hawks finished off the tri-match by defeating York in three sets with scores of 25-9, 25-2 and 25-9. They hit .388 in the win, with
Mariam Ouattara and
Marlena Budna each tallying nine kills and just one error.
Kayshawna Richardson and
Sofia Caradonna registered seven digs apiece to lead the defense.
The Purple and Gold return to action on Wednesday, October 10 when they travel to the College of Mount Saint Vincent for a 7 p.m. match.
