New York, N.Y. - Hunter College men's volleyball took down previously undefeated Baruch College in a CUNYAC match up on Tuesday night, getting the win in three sets with scores of 25-21, 25-21 and 25-16.

The Hawks are now 16-9 overall and 7-0 in the conference, while the Bearcats dropped to 6-1 and second place in the CUNYAC.

The Purple and Gold swept the Bearcats by posting a .250 hitting percentage in the victory. They held Baruch to a hitting percentage of .087.

Blake Hogan led the squad offensively with 11 kills as Matthew Zukowski added nine in the win. Benjamin Cassidy chipped in eight kills for the Hawks.

Hogan also led the team on defense, recording 15 digs, while Joseph Muir followed with eight. Alec Helford registered 31 assists to lead the Hawks to the win.

The team returns to the court on Thursday when they travel to a tri-match in Dallas, PA.
