Brooklyn, N.Y. - Hunter College men's soccer took another loss in overtime for the second time in a week on Wednesday, falling to Brooklyn College with a score of 3-2.
With the loss the Hawks drop to 2-6-1 this season and 1-1-1 in CUNYACÂ play, while the Bulldogs are now 2-0 in the conference.
The Bulldogs got on the board first, notching a goal at the 14:10 minute mark off a free kick from the left side of the field.
The Purple and Gold matched that 15 minutes later when
Blaise Enama kicked the ball into the net to make the score 1-1.
Just one minute later Hunter's
Harry O'Conor passed the ball to
Adam Pine, who found an opening through the center of the field, scoring a goal to give the Hawks a 2-1 lead.
Brooklyn stopped the Hunter celebrations in the second half, finding a goal and tying the score with 40 minutes left to play. Neither team managed to top the other, sending the game into overtime.
Three minutes into the ten minute overtime the Bulldogs converted for a goal, getting a 3-2 victory over the Hawks.
The Purple and Gold were outshot, 17-12 with Enama leading the team with three shots. Goalkeeper

The team returns to the field on Wednesday, October 3 when they host Lehman College in a 3 p.m. game.
