New York, N.Y. - Hunter College men's basketball was stopped by Baruch College on Thursday night with a score of 70-51 at ARC Arena.
The Hawks own an overall record of 5-18 this year and are 3-11 in CUNYAC play, while the Bearcats are now 12-2 in the conference.
Neither team shot great, but the Hawks finished with a 31.4 field goal percentage, while Baruch posted 12 more field goals to get the win. The Purple and Gold were also out-rebounded 52-37, while committing 24 turnovers to contribute to the loss.
George Keener recorded 15 points and seven rebounds to lead the team.
The Hawks return to action on Monday, February 11 when they host CCNY at 7 p.m.
