Ahmed Abukar opened up the scoring, by picking up his 3rd goal of the season off of a cross from
Regis Enama. The Hawks controlled possession and continued with the pressure all half but a gritty Medgar Evers defense stood tough against the continued pressure. in the 31st minute Hunter was able to break through again when Senior
Regis Enama was able to get his second goal of the season, with an assist from Freshman
Alpha Barry, The Hawks went into half time up 2-0.
In the second half Hunter continued to maintain possession and the offensive pressure, the Hawks out shot the cougars 34-2 in the match, Opening up the scoring in the second half was
Alpha Barry again as he scored his 3rd goal of the season with an unassisted breakaway, 5 minutes later
Regis Enama scored his second of the match off of a perfect feed from Freshman
Juan Mejia-Montero.
Alpha Barry collected his final points of the game with the teams 5th goal at th 65:57 mark, wrapping up his day with 2 goals and 1 assist. Just 34 second later

Ahmed Abukar again for his 4th goal of the season. Enama finished the game with 2 goals and 2 assists to lead the Hawks in points. After a hard foul 25 yards out, Sophomore Arutuyn Kazaryan took the free kick and beat the keeper in the upper 90 for the 7th and final goal of the game. The goal for Kazayan was his first of the season.
Next up for Hunter, is a return to Flowers Field for senior night vs CCNY. THe game is slated for a 7:30pm kick off in New Rochelle, NY
