Brooklyn, NY- Hunter improves to 14 and 6 and remains undefeated in conference play moving to 6-0 in CUNYAC.  The Hawks traveled to Medgar Evers in Brooklyn for a 3-0 win, 25-6, 25-7, 25-10. 

Junior Outside Hitter Tionna Moss led the Hawk offense again with 10 kills while hitting an impressive 438 for the match.  Senior Middle Hitter Pearl Mensah had 7 kills on a career high .583 in the three set match. Mariapaz Lojano had 5 kills while hitting a game high 667 for the match and  Freshman Dibjot Kaur had a career high 5 kills as the Hawks collected 33 kills as a team.  

Junior Setter Kiara Abreu had every assists on the night for Hunter with 29, she also had a career and game high 7 aces pacing the offense from the back line and the attack line.  The Hawks have been a stellar defensive team all year and tonight was no exception with Natalie Polanco and Kyrsten Victorio each picking up 6 digs to lead the Hawks, as a team Hunter had 17.  

The Hawks will travel to Kings Point on Thursday October 20th to The United States Merchant Marine Academy for a non-conference match up, with first serve slated for 7pm.
