New York, N.Y. - Earning just their second CUNYAC win this season, the Hunter College women's basketball team secured a 61-39 victory on Thursday, taking down the Bearcats of Baruch College.
The Hawks (5-12, 2-5 CUNYAC) outscored their opponents in three of four quarters, using the final frame to double the Bearcats output en route to the victory.

As the visitors on the scoreboard, Hunter College built a 29-15 halftime advantage and kept their lead throughout the second half in double-digits for the road win.
The Bearcats (8-8, 6-3 CUNYAC) shot poorly from the field, falling well below their season average as the Hawks held them to their lowest output this season.
