Simone McIntyre almost put the Hawks over the top for the road win. Mattison had a huge performance with 10 kills on 21 wings for a 381 percentage. She also picked up 2 solo blocks along with two block assists, and an ace for good measure. Tomaneng continued to fill the stat sheet up for the hawks with 8 kills on 15 attempts, along with 35 assists, and 9 digs. Freshman outside Simone McIntrye had her best game of her career thus far with 6 kills, 6 digs and 2 block assists.

Nadia Lau led the back line defense with 11 digs. As a team Hunter had 50 digs in the match. The difference in the match was the service game, Hunter picked up 2 service aces while Arcadia picked up 14 and led them to victory.
Hunter returns to action on Tuesday September 20th for a non-conference match up with FDU-Florham, first serve is set for 6pm in the Sportsplex
