Farmingdale, N.Y.- The Hunter College men's tennis team traveled to Farmingdale for a nonconference match on Tuesday afternoon where they fell 1-8 to drop to 2-4 overall this year.
Kenneth Del Cid won the sole match for the Hawks for the day as he took no. 6 singles. Del Cid took the first set, 6-0. The second set tied up at 6-6 but Del Cino fought til the end beating out his opponent with an 8-6 tiebreaker to win his match.
The Hawks return to conference play on Friday April 14 as they travel to the Bronx for a match against Lehman College.
