Bronx, NY – Senior outside hitter Karolina Koguc (Brooklyn, NY/New Utrecht) recorded a match high 11 kills and had nine digs to lead the Hawks to a 3-0 (26-24, 25-14, 25-17) victory over Lehman College in a CUNY Athletic Conference women's volleyball match Tuesday night at the APEX in the Bronx, NY.

Junior middle blocker Tracey Igwe (Bronx, NY/DeWitt Clinton) also played a huge role in the Hawks victory tonight, hitting .389 with ten kills and the team leader in total blocks recorded three solo blocks in tonight's contest. Sophomore outside hitter Christine Luebcke (Jackson Heights, NY/Cardozo) contributed with six kills and seven digs, while sophomore setter Katina Boutis (Pilot Mountain, NC/Salem Academy) tallied 28 assists and 10 digs in the victory.

The Hawks now improve to 3-0 in the conference and are 5-5 on the year. They will now head to Schnetacty, NY to take part in the Union College Tournament which starts on Friday, with the Hawks taking on Union at 4:00 p.m. followed by Utica College at 8:00 p.m.
